Naming AliRa is a dedication and synthesis of the names of the children of il Salotto's founders. This Chardonnay is to be given special attention so that it can develop magnificently, just like the children.
Colour
Bright straw yellow, with golden reflections
Scent
The nose is complex, dense, with notes of flint, wild flowers, almonds and white-fleshed fruit, especially abate pear and banana
Aroma
Full and balanced, with a fragrant minerality at the start that anticipates an acidity that harmonises all the components. An enveloping and persistent body prevails on the finish.
