Casa Sangiovese – your exclusive accommodation in Tuscany
The Sangiovese is probably Italy's most important type of grape. As "sanguis jovis", which translates as "the blood of Jupiter," it is a reference to the most important Roman deity, who was supposed to protect house and farm as the bringer of light. We are reinterpreting this myth and are turning "his" grape into the patron saint of our Casa: for this approx. 70 square metre place of refuge with a cosy lounge, two bedrooms and a convenient kitchenette plus dining area. It's easy to believe that Jupiter does watch over the Casa – especially when the warm light of the Tuscan sun shines through its doors and the windows that reach down to the floor.
And, as a welcome present, a bottle of Prosecco awaits you.
